Livability Nash College is now an approved NOCN Group Centre.
From September 2023, the college will be able to offer a programme of accredited qualifications as part of our Skills for Adult Life course.
In addition, we will also now be offering accredited qualifications in Employability as part of our new Routes to Employment course.
Students will also be able to access courses in English, maths and ICT to support their ‘essential skills,’ gaining qualification from entry level 1 up to level 2. Courses are designed to build confidence and skills that can be used in everyday situations.
Verified by external assessors, the qualifications will create opportunities for students to build on their repertoire of skills and open pathways to further learning and employment opportunities.
Martin Bentham, Vice Principal, said: “The addition of NOCN courses broadens our college offer and supports our young people to gain formal qualifications that provide a stepping stone to further learning and prepares them for adult life.”
