Over the past few weeks, students have been learning about the General Election and their right to vote.
For many of our students this will be the first time they have had an opportunity to vote and their first time voting in a General Election.
As well as learning what a General Election is, we also set up and ran our own mock election, complete with polling station, in college.
This provided a valuable learning opportunity for students to practice what will happen when they cast their vote on polling day.
